Grabit lets you order from participating restaurants. The available items, prices, fulfilment options, and any delivery fee are shown before you pay.
Orders
Restaurant menus and availability can change. You can follow your order status in Grabit. If a restaurant cannot fulfil an order, check its status and any refund updates in your order history.
Delivery and pickup
For delivery, provide a reachable phone number and clear, accurate location or address details, and be available to receive your order. For pickup, collect your order from the restaurant.
For a delivery to your residence, the restaurant will wait outside for up to five minutes after arriving. If you do not receive the order within that time, what to do with the order is at the restaurant's discretion. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
